| Hi! This is my first post on this board and I am very excited to see what seems to be a very impressive and diverse forum with a lot of info to go around. A little about me and my goals (ideas) I'm 19 and am currently the unhappy owner of a 1991 4 door Honda Accord EX. Not my type of car, just transportation for now. The 300zx is one of my favorite cars of all time, and I really want to get a twin turbo z32. Only thing is my insurance company will not quote me on that car and I cannot afford going on my own for insurance. My idea is to get a n/a 300zx and drive it for a while, probably untill the n/a motor has a fairly major mechanical problem, and then drop the TT motor into the n/a car. A big question I have about that is would I need a TT tranny. I like that the n/a car is lighter and with a lower gear ratio and cheaper, I really hope I can do the swap. Please any insight from someone who has done this or knows someone who has I would really appreciate it.
